Planting RVA is able to provide interactive church planting, leadership, and revitalization workshops. We hope to provide some of these free of charge, to churches, ministries, and groups of leaders and visionaries.
Interactive workshops help with:

- Explaining church planting techniques, strategies, and methods
- Discussion style formatting
- Small group discipleship tools
- How to engage culture
- Developing effective leadership

- Help development in revitalization/growth efforts
- Teach about current trends in culture
- Great Commission mission & leadership skills
Planting RVA has access to some of the greatest servants of Christ, who are willing to give their time and talents to help struggling churches, leaders, pastors, leadership teams, or to help navigate the complexities of revitalization, social outreach, missional life, or planting.

Dr. Brad Hoffmann, email@example.com. Brad was born and raised in Orlando, Florida. He is the oldest of three brothers. Brad graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic College (University) with a BS in Business Administration. After graduation and marrying his bride, they honeymooned via a U-Haul in passage to attend Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. After completing a M.Div. degree, he returned to Florida. Brad served four churches in Florida and Texas. He earned a doctorate (D.Min.) from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary with a specialization in leadership administration and team building. As a local pastor, Brad understands the challenges, successes, and failures of ministry. He is passionate about assisting other ministry leaders in developing a personal self-care strategy for longevity in ministry. Brad, his wife, and two youngest children reside in Mechanicsville, Virginia. His oldest daughter and son-in-law live in Ashland, Virginia. He is the Pastor at Cool Spring Baptist Church.
Dr. Josh Hayden firstname.lastname@example.org. Josh is the Senior Pastor at First Baptist Church in Ashland, Virginia. Josh is a graduate from James Madison University (BA in English Literature), The John Leland Center for Theological Studies (Masters of Divinity), and Duke Divinity School (Doctor of Ministry). He’s the author of Sacred Hope a book designed to foster conversation around the role of hope in our everyday lives. Josh is a pastor, author, and professor while raising two boys and being married to his creative wife, Shéy.
Dr. Matt Fretwell, founder, email@example.com. Matt is married, has three beautiful daughters and has authored multiple books. He serves as pastor at Oak Hall Baptist near Richmond, Virginia. Matt is the Director of Operations for New Breed Network. Matt frequently writes about church leadership, planting, revitalization, health, and growth for Church Planter Magazine, Church Central, and Urban Church Planting. Matt has a doctoral degree in Great Commission reproducible disciple-making strategy from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Patrick Hubbard, firstname.lastname@example.org. Patrick is the founder and president of Living Bread Ministries, a comprehensive ministry, which plants churches among the global poor and equips them to care for their communities. Prior to receiving Christ, Patrick worked in the hospitality industry managing multiple national franchise hotels and eventually became a Regional Manager overseeing as many as nine hotels. He holds a BS in Religious Studies and a MA in Global Studies from Liberty University. He is currently pursuing a MBA from Old Dominion University.
